About the role:
Elantil being at the early stage of its journey, the HR Operations Manager will be able to add great value to the company from the start.
The HR Operations Manager at Elantil will oversee the day-to-day activities of the HR Operations including recruitment, employees relations, employees onboarding, HR administration related tasks, office and events management as well as supporting other wider company initiatives in collaboration with Senior Management.
The HR Operations will also work closely with finance ensuring people related data are updated, and processes are streamlined in view of delivering a positive employee experience and cost-efficient HR service delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with Elantil's culture and organisational objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and selection process, ensuring a high quality candidates pipeline and cost effective recruitment budget.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to leadership and employees on any HR related matters.
- Oversee Elantil´s talent management process and be the first ambassador of continuous feedback and improvement.
- Manage compensation and benefits programmes, including salary benchmarking, bonus programme as well as health and wellness benefits
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
- Implement and execute various HR related initiatives and activities such as training, events, employer brand, employees surveys..
- Be updated with HR trends and best practices especially within the Tech and Igaming industries ensuring Elantil's employer brand is always ahead of the curve.
- Responsible for the office management including office maintenance, dealing with suppliers, cleaning services, office and parking accesses as well as office improvements and refurbishment where necessary ensuring a safe and healthy workspace.
- Oversees HR systems: ensure information is updated in a timely manner, automation functionalities are efficient and leverage functionalities and modules in line with Elantil's strategy.
- Provide regular updates to Senior Management in relation to people feedback, engagement metrics, trends, new initiatives and any other people related metrics.

- Analytical skills in view of analysing complex data, story telling, HR trends and information to encourage informed decisions
- Strategic thinking to identify quick wins and other opportunities for improvement
- Attention to detail ensuring that HR related tasks and information are completed and shared accurately
- Communication skills to be able to communicate with various internal and external stakeholders in a concise and constructive manner
- Problem solving, being able to identify issues and challenges in a pro-active manner and implement effective solutions
- Great understanding of Maltese employment law
- High level of emotional intelligence and strong ability to build trust with various stakeholders
- Great ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field would be an advantage
- Experience in HR operations with at least 2 years within a dynamic and multi cultural environment, experience working with Technology company will be a considered as a great advantage
- Thorough understanding of talent management best practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective and trusting relationships
- Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with the ability to provide insights and recommendations
- Detailed-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient using HRIS and Microsoft office
