The Role:

The Casino Frontend Designer will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create exceptional user experiences. 

You will take a hands-on approach to defining and refining design systems, crafting intuitive user interfaces, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience for our users. 

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about shaping digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design user-centred interfaces that align with business objectives.
• Lead the development of design systems, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and products.
• Conduct user research and testing to gather insights that inform and improve designs.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive, visually appealing, and functional designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that demonstrate clear and effective workflows.
• Maintain a strong understanding of user behaviour within the iGaming space to create optimised experiences.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to our products in view of keeping Elantil ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centred designs, from concept to execution.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, and familiarity with prototyping tools.
• Understanding of interaction design principles, user testing methodologies, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working within the iGaming industry or similar digital sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present design concepts to stakeholders.
