We’re looking for product leaders who love simplifying complexity, shaping clear narratives, and creating elegant systems that materially improve the lives of operators and players.

About the role:

You will:

  • Bring in B2C operational knowledge and experience to become a leading force in defining the Operator Experience (Backoffice & B2C Operations) on our platform. You will be designing the tools that 10x the speed, clarity, and efficiency of operator teams, reducing operational noise, unlocking autonomous workflows, and giving operators genuine control over their business.
  • Lead product discovery end-to-end, ensuring problems are truly understood before solutions are built, championing empowered teams and evidence-based decision-making.
  • Collaboratively define product strategy and roadmaps for your domain, ensuring alignment with Elantil’s overall long-term product vision and principles.
  • Work closely with a dedicated cross-functional team of solution architects, engineers, data experts and designers to move from problem framing to problem discovery to delivery with predictability, clarity, and intention.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment within the team to ensure we don’t only understand what we’re building, but why it matters for operators, players, and the industry.
  • Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with our operators. Leverage your B2C operational insight and the autonomy of an empowered product team to understand their world, uncover real problems, and ensure the product consistently delivers meaningful, measurable value.
  • Stay current with market trends, emerging B2C behaviours, emerging tech, regulatory changes, and competitive movements, ensuring our product is built to lead the industry of tomorrow.

Qualifications:

  • Most importantly, you have meaningful experience in an iGaming B2C environment with a deep understanding of B2C operations.
  • You have a general understanding of the following areas and preferably specialize in some: AML, RG, Bonus Abuse Prevention, KYC, CRM, Payments, Lobby Management.
  • Ability to lead product discovery using evidence, familiar with qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and prototype-driven learning.
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering teams, speaking both the language of users and the language of systems.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts simply, bringing clarity to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong execution skills with a track record of driving predictable delivery without compromising long-term quality or sustainability.
  • A strategic mindset grounded in systems thinking and long-term product health, rather than feature-chasing.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, able to frame product narratives with insight, rationale, and emotional resonance.
  • Material experience within the iGaming is required.
  • A natural tendency toward ownership, accountability, and raising the bar for product culture.
