Backend Engineer
About Elantil
We’re Elantil. A young, hungry iGaming tech company building the next generation of PAM, Data and Casino & Sportsbook Builder products.
Operators deserve a platform built on freedom, agility and control, one that gives them the building blocks to run their business their way, while we deliver the dependable, rock-solid technical foundation they can trust.
At the heart of it all is our PAM: the backbone of operators’ businesses, powering player registration, wallets, deposits, KYC, bonus mechanics and responsible gaming. That’s where scale, compliance and player experience meet, which is why it sits at the core of our product suite. We’re looking for engineers who love simplifying complexity and creating elegant, resilient systems.
If you’re ready to join a team that’s quietly rewriting the rules of online gaming and making a real difference, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Backend Engineer you’ll join a passionate engineering team working with modern .NET technologies to deliver scalable, high-quality software for marketplace ecosystem. - Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following modern engineering standards.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to grow your technical depth.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to keep the marketplace reliable and performant.
- Continuously learn — from mentors, peers, and your own experiments — and bring that growth back to the team.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Some experience with .NET (Core or Framework), C#, and web development.
- Familiarity with Messaging Technologies such as Kafka.
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Interest in scalable system design, APIs, and automation.

- Collaborative spirit — you value clarity, ownership, and helping others succeed.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to REST API design and/or gRPC.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic DevOps concepts.
- Interest in performance, observability, and automation.
Why You’ll Love It Here

- You’ll learn by doing, building real features that impact operators from day one.
- You’ll be mentored by engineers who care deeply about craftsmanship and scalability.
- You’ll join a team that asks, “Are we making ourselves redundant?” — because true empowerment comes from systems and people that don’t depend on gatekeepers.
- You’ll help shape a platform built for quality, longevity, and continuous evolution.
