About the role:
- Collaboratively define and design the architecture for the product, ensuring scalability, maintainability and alignment with Elantil´s business goals.
- Write high-quality, clean and maintainable code while taking ownership of complex technical tasks from design to deployment.
- Own features or systems from requirements gathering through development testing, deployment, post-deployment monitoring and support.
- Act as bridge between clients, management and other product teams to translate clients needs into actionable technical solutions.
- Guide junior engineers through code reviews, technical mentorship and sharing best practices to foster team growth.
- Continuously improve the quality of the product through automated tests, CI/CD pipelines and automation of processes including the creation of new tenants and environments.
- Play an active role in continuously improving the quality of engineering practices within the organisation.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack to ensure system stability and performance for both ourselves and our clients.
- Stay up to date with trends, M&As, products and regulatory requirements within the igaming industry , proposing new tools, integration, partnerships and market entries that can improve the product or simplify workflows for our operators.
- Create and maintain technical documentation (e.g: architecture diagrams, design specs etc) while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Motivated by the idea of working in a startup, putting on a wide variety of hats, and challenging conventions to deliver the next generation of iGaming products.
- Track record of designing and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
- Understanding of software architecture principles including microservices architecture, distributed computing concepts, and system integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience applying these abilities towards understanding the challenges faced by end-users and developing solutions against them..
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficient in some of the key technologies forming part of our foundational tech stack including: C#, .NET Core, Apache Kafka and Kubernetes.
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a strong plus but not a requirement.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) are a plus but not a requirement.
